I am looking at a Laguna Smart Shop for my Scenic shop. Seems like you get quite a bit for the money. Several forums discuss poor customer service. Wondering if any one has any real world experience with these machines. Also considering the CAMaster Cobra but I am concerned about training options and the time zone difference for tech support. I am in LA and only about an hour from Laguna.

Here are some experiences of the fellows who own the CAMasters all over the country, with the direct online connection from anywhere, training will not be the problem,
