Xilog3 Error: CN149: Tool radius to large in realtion to the programm...

    Hello,

xilog3 prompts "CN149: Tool radius to large in relation to the programm..." error. This happens in corners where the radius is big enough for the tool.Or if a roughing operation is going on where it should not care anyway about the corner radius of the material.

This error seems to appear randomly, because sometimes after redrawing the workpiece in alphacam with the same dimensions the error does not appear again.

    My work process:
    1. Import solid from solidworks to alphacam
    2. Generate surface lines in alphacam
    3. Generate toolpaths for roughing and finishing
    4. Generate NC code
    4. Import to xilog3
    5. Start of machining in Morbidelli author 600k (build 1996/9)
    6. Error prompt in corners (also if roughing is made with a endmill radius smaller than the sharpest corner)

How can this error be avoided? What are your problem solving tips for a case like that?

Use a tool with minor radius and verify te error.
