I have a QT 20 T1 control with square turret. I am getting alarms. CPU 1 fault, CPU 3 fault, Cpu 5 fault, MCU fault and sometimes screen goes blank wit CPU DOWN. Sometimes it will run perfect for 3 or 4 hours but other times it will just not run. I have tried swapping first 2 boards with good machine with no change.

I have a scrap QT20 with disc turret. I took complete control unit from scrap machine, swapped chips on first board (the small one that sits on second board) and replaced faulty one. It now works fine.

I have the same problem alarms, 3 F CPU1 FAULT, 5 F MCU FAULT and sometimes CPU DOWN, which card did you replace, sometimes it works fine for a few hours
