Looking for some direction on repairing my Turret. I have a 1998 model tornado clausing storm 300 CNC turning center. It has a 12 position turret. The turret model is a Duplomatic BSA200. When prompted, the turret will rotate to the requested tool. At this the point the solenoid will engage and stop the rotation. Once engaged the disks stops revolving. Before the turret has a chance to lock in place the solenoid disengages and causes and unlock turret alarm. I have attempted to adjust the locking control switch as per the service manual. The locking control switch is being read by the controller. I adjusted up and down the the full length of travel in .005 increments and it still does not lock in. The indexing control sensor is working properly and also shows up at the control. I have 23.5 volts DC in the electrical panel. All the fuses are good. All the diodes are good. My head is getting sore from banging is against the wall. Can any body help. Greatly appreciated.
