Hi guys,

I've got a Hurco BMC 4020 Ultimax III controller and I had a hard drive failure on it. I had the service guy out and to tell me that and after a call to Hurco, I find out that version 2.13 of the software is not available anymore.

So, I had to upgrade to version 2.2.1. In doing that. Now my monitor on the right doesn't display the toolpath. It just displays version information. I talked to Hurco several times, checked the setting (Aux/F4) and it is set to display 2 monitors. I even took the CAN Bus card out and remove some jumpers per Hurco service. No luck.

It's just so annoying having 2 monitors and when I draw, it's on the same monitor as the setup screen..

Any help grealy appreciated.

Here is a thread that details some options you might be able to use. Included in that thread is an option I did.

If your hard drive will work intermittently, like mine, it failed to boot up but would still boot on occasion. You might still be in luck.

Thanks. Ya, that's a good thread with lots of good information. I tried many times and the drive is toast. Can't get to anything off there. What I need is a good set of install disks for Version 2.1.3 OR maybe there is an option to get the second monitor to display correctly.

i have similar problem, but it solved when i have downgrade from version 2.2x to 2.15. I can send you files for installation of version 2.15 if you wanna
try it out.
