Need Help! TL-25 z-axis overload towards machine 0

as far as I know the machine has not had any trauma, booted up this morning, went to zero z-axis and the servo overload alarm popped up....can hand jog slowly, so got to zero...and running now, but get to about 3.5 inches away from machine 0 the overload alarm pops up...did not see any debris on ball screw or slides, any ideas would be appreciated, thank you.

First thing i would try is to turn off the machine and rotate ball screw by hand. If everything is mechanically ok it should turn freely. That would prove or rule out mechanical problems.
