    Chinese spindle in a rebuild

My machine shop instructor allowed me to bring my cnc router to school to rebuild the z axis. After wearing out a dremel, I knew I needed something significantly more accurate and powerful so I ordered this... http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...E:L:OC:US:3160 .
It's supposedly accurate to around .2 thousandths. While it may be just junk, I had to try it out at $270.
Since it's water cooled, I've still got to figure out a cooling system and would appreciate any info regarding safe coolant temperature or anything else I might not have thought of, should anyone care to comment.
I've got my fingers crossed that it will produce as promised.

They are usually good. Just make sure you have a good shielded cable all the way, and ground the shield properly, and it should work. It's a pretty big spindle though. If your machine is sized for a Dremel then the new spindle will be enormous. I have an air cooled spindle, though otherwise similar.
