Compiling errors found and corrected. I found four print "Reset" commands that had a missing quote at the end, once added the java stack overflow error was eliminated . I also had a compile copy error, that was trying to print a undefined variable " DegreesetKey()". I had to comment it out in order to get the sketch to compile without errors. I'm not sure of the variables function. I am now able to upload the sketch and finish the project.

it would not be that hard its just mapping of the buttons that need done or where on screen the buttons are

I made some changes to the sketch and added a few functions that help in the initial setup and operation.

I'm having some problems with this, it is compiling ok. When I turn it on the stepper instantly will run for about 2 seconds and then the lcd will flash for a little while and sometimes I will get 0 0 near the bottom of the screen. Any idea what could be wrong?

I'm not sure why it's not working. The only problem I had was in using the correct libraries and make sure that pin 12 is STEP and 13 is set for DIR and that the keypad is using pins 4 through 11.

you need LiquidCrystal_I2C librarie post a pick of the error it should say what is missing

it is a problem with the new version of arduino I cant get it working ever some words are wrong hit the same problem its the starting of the screen (int screen)
