    90v 72v... worth worrying over?

I could have sworn I found info regarding this, but can't find it anymore.
planning on getting some 850oz DC Servos for the X/Y Axis on my zx45. Keling seems to not have any 90v for a while, I asked him if he would be getting any in, and he told me that the diff between 72v and 90v models wasn't significant.
I am getting an 1125oz for my Z but then I ponder the same issue.
    Any thoughts?

I'm using an old shunt welder with diodes and a large cap, makes a lovely hum when warming up!

Well you won't have as much torque/speed

I was running at48v and should have been at almost double that ....

Sold the machine... New owner installed a 60v and says it's a different machine now

His question is a little vague, but he's not asking about power supply voltage.
He's asking about two servo motors, one rated at 72V, and one rated at 90V.

Looking at Keling's spec sheets, they took the specs from the 90V motor, and pasted 72V wherever it said 90V.

If all other specs are identical, then running both motors at 72V should give nearly identical performance.

The only difference would be that the 90V motor can handle 18 more volts, which gives you a little more rpm.
