    My experience of buying a machine from Omni (1325 - 8 x 4)

    Hi,

After much deliberation I put money on a 1325. After e-mailing back and forth with Jack from Omni, he has been very helpful
I originally was thinking of a small machine but the more I learned about the machines the 1325 had the faster speeds, speed = high production.

We plan on buying another machine straight away but as we have never dealt with this company we thought we would order one then judge the quality
and also post on here about the experience. I have asked for upgrades to the standard model

If this all turns out good then I'm sure this will create business for Omni as I myself have been lurking thinking of buying a machine from China for the last couple of years.
I'm sure there a reader waiting to buy but are unsure also.

Pics of the build will be following in the coming weeks

That Z axis looks most interesting but also a bit bewildering! I can see the three are on a single backing mount, but are they independently controllable for doing panels or similar work?

    What's the intended function?

    cheers, Ian
It's rumoured that everytime someone buys a TB6560 based board, an engineer cries!

    Hi Ian,
air controlled. The idea being i can use any one down or all three,

so it can be used as a one spindle three tool changes on a large job.

or three down at the same time for small parts
