Hi guys!
I´m in desperate need of electrical documentation on Okuma LB25.
The machine instantly blows the main (grid) fuses when trying to start the spindle.
The spindle drive is:

VAC-Drive unit type A
D22-A
15/11 Kw
LB25

Machine serial is 6311.0030

Main control (i dont remember if its OSP 3000 or OSP 5000) runs fine, so does axis servo´s and motors.

If some one know how the spindle motor is interconnected with the drive and how the motor internal wiring is arranged (there is six power wires between motor and drive) this would be most helpful, so would info. on the expected values of Ohm measurement on the disconnected motor, as my first task is to determine wether its the drive or the motor that´s gone bad..

Usually on the plate also says the number of the electrical manual as well.

Green machine or white? With 6 wires, sounds like a newer one with double wound motor. The leads would connect to a contactor set, not directly to the drive. Either way, I highly doubt its the motor. I have prints for a LB25 with 7000.
