It was established in Neuhausen, Switzerland in 1981 under the name of Werkzeuge.bau. The company founder is Zivorad Mirkovic.
The product Niki Spanner was patented in 1987, which is a device for clamping multiple pieces (EU patent no. 328 792, U.S. no. 4930760), resulting in the expansion and renaming of company into Niki Spanntechnik AG.
In the coming period, the great success was achieved by selling products in the EU and USA. In 1997, the company relocated and continued its operations in Belgrade, 25 Brace Krsmanovic Street, under the name of N & N Company.That same year, a new product was patented - mechanical clamps NN 2000, which was also a great success.
The company is currently located in Sremcica, still engaged in production, design, engineering and services performed on machines. Our clients are all industrial enterprises that express need for design, metal materials processing and are interested in buying professional tools for machines.
