    Wandering how you guys would machine this

    Wandering how others would machine. Will be running in a cnc swiss and the material is
    kovar

    This material is soft and gummy so high positive tools with small radius would be my first consideration.
    The part is very simple for swiss a basic turn, mill and part off. I believe your difficulty will be deburring.
    unless you have a special collet for the sub spindle. I still would back turn a chamfer on the .1545 dia. and profile the flat with a 90deg endmill
    and break all the edges so that when you part off its complete.
