    What is a "motion adapter"?

    Hello. everyone.

    I installed NCstudio and got my driver installed succesfully. but when i try to open the NCstudio it is showing an error says "Drive error: The motion adaptor is self-check failure or not exist". what this could be?

    and

    this NCstudion software doesnt open when there is an error?

    Sounds like the software can't see the hardware.
