Question the cnc machine is carving above the object.

Hello everyone. this is one of my first attempts on my cnc machine. and the problem is the machine is not touching the object when i start it. its carving right above the object. like 3cm above the object.

I edited the image by artcam pro and trasnfered it to cnstudio.

have anyone ever expeirenced it before? or do you know how to fix this?

or do you know any good instruction on this on the internet?

    Thanks

Is your Z "zero" height set at the top of the material in both Artcam and cnstudio?

Yep. Its on top of it. And s start i setted the edge of the blade on top of the material. Slightly touched. And pressed on F7. Then pressed the analyze and pressed the start button.

If it repeats and is consistant with every part you try to cut it not likely to be a mechical issue. And your machine will only do what thegcode tells it to so... Check to make sure you don't have an offset entered in the cut/tool, z, etc in your software. Check to make sure your starting height is Z zero (these are in your cam software before you create your toolpath). I don't know anything about CNStudio but there may be an option for offsets there to. Your Z (either in your machine driver or software) if reversed will start at zero and cut up vs down. If you cut two depths and the deeper cut moves even further away (higher) than reversed z is the issue. If you zero your machine precisely at the material surface and it's cutting above the surface it's likely to be one of these issues listed.
Look at your gcode first (in particular your z height at the first cut) it should help identify where the issue is (or isn't) coming from.
