Question Trouble Rotary Milling with CPLs on a Part's Outside Diameter

I would like to define a CPL on the OD of a part, but still treat the holes as radial holes, rather than vertical holes. This would mean the part would rotate on an "Index", but the CPL should not. In Edgecam the CPL moves in Y and Z, unless it is located on the center line. Is there any way to change this behavior?

I hope the picture attached helps make my issue a little more clear.

All you need to do is move the part to the initial cpl... or create a cpl and use it for the sequence.

Are the holes pointed at the center? Im not sure why you would want to rotate about a non center cpl

    Thanks for the reply.

The holes are usually pointed at the center, but not always.

The machinists like having Z0 at the top of the part, rather than the hollow center. If I make separate CPLs then I have to manually edit the GCODE by hand to fix all the work coordinates, and it posts separate canned cycles so it makes the code more verbose. If I leave the CPL at the center I have to use an NC editor to do Z shifts.
