    Well, what behavior is it exhibiting? There are so many things that can go wrong there just simply cannot be one solution. Mine was rather mundane but everyone told me a different thing. Turns out as I was watching it that it wasn't the CAM software, the electronics or even the mill machine but a dirty collet that was allowing the end mill to slip when it got hot. So, there really is many reasons you can be missing steps but I would have to know why you think it's missing the steps in the first place to give you a starting point.
