    tornado 220 fanuc 21i control

    Well where do I start:

Yesterday while machining job came loose (I suspect a heavy cut) and thus when facing this was now about 10mm which rattled around and m/c stopped BLACK SCREEN

I turned off and got a 5136 alarm : this turned out to be a loose plug behind the screen (re-fitted)

An engineer talked me through re-referencing and clocking X axis again, Alarm 5136 disappeared so I rebored my jaws and tried to get the machine going again..However my program
will not run, spindle turns on but no AXIS MOVEMENT X & Y, nor does the axis move if I go in mdi and write a linear move.

Everything seems fine manually, spindle works and able to manually wind X & Y.

Is there a reset I need to action or overload switches??????????????
