    Postprocesor/solidcam/sinumerik

    Solidcam postprocesor for sinumerik 810d or emco 450 concept turn.
    Can someone please help.
    I finded postprocesor for sinumerik 810d, but works only in milling.
    In turning it says- no machine. please help.

    what machine do you want to use? milling machines use milling postprocessor, lathes use lathe postprocessor, general rule u can't use a post that is not written for that kind of machine. u might be able to use postprocessor written for other milling machine to your milling machine as long as ur machine will be able to understand the gcode generated. the error you get is because the post you have is for milling and not for lathe.
