Hey friends,

Got a problem. Friends bought a ESAB Ultrarex UXD-P2500 and sadly, there was no nesting software included like Columbus. Controller is working fine with sample mpg's. The question is - is there any other alternative software what could generate ESSI code for this machine. Tried Sheetcam post processors (related ESSI) but any of those files were ok for the controller.

Really deep in trouble, maybe someone can help..

For information: even tried with Pronest, there was postprocessor called BurnyESSI. Winanc did recognize the mpg but the detail was kind of rotated and half of it was gone. Alltogether messy... so did not work.

Heard of one company who used Lantek Expert but the postprocessor was installed by ESAB official technician. Anyone have heard about this?

Hello! I have ESAB Ultrarex P2050, did you instal Columbus for yours? I don't know if it will work because machine is from 1999. The esab guys are also not sure. What software work ok?

I use fastcam for my cad drawing and nesting very easy to use
