Hello all Bridgeport users
I have problem with my Bridgeport vmc 1000 xp heidenhain itnc530
basically when i try to change tool trough mdi or from program i get error tool pocket not down and looks tool pocket not go all the way down and stop in the middle , when i stop tool pocket return up but not fully back and get error tool pocket not up , when i manualy by hand rotate that plastic gear back to up i can clear this error but when i try to change tool again same think happen , i thinking maybe is a problem with little dc electric motor to moving tool pocket up and down , also looking for circuit diagrams for this machine or maintenance manual
any suggestions?

Seems the problem comes from the motor, replace the DC electric motor and try again.

did you check if the dirt is collected there?

I removed this little motor and connected to 12v motor rotate but I think is not strong enough I can stop easily by hand
I been looking trough Internet to find this and no result,so any idea where I can buy this motor
