We have a Leadwell VMC25 with a Mitsubishi M50 controller.

The controller was just replaced and we now have a couple of concerns.

Firstly:
We used to be able to manually move the spindle above Z zero.
Parameter 2014 would be set to 110.00 and this was a soft limit allowing us to move the Z up.
We can't change parameter 2014 from 0.00 now which means we also can't move the Z above zero.
Sometimes the controller will allow us to change it, however when we turn the controller off and back on it resets to zero.
If we turn the ladder off it and restart the controller the number will stay. It appearsthe ladder is turning the zero off.

The ladder we are using is vlada8 which was supplied to us from the leadwell agent.
The electrical manual says the ladder was vlada4

Secondly:
When a program finishes, G28 sends the 3 axis home and M30 finishes the program.
If we then manually move the bed and then restart the same program, G54 is incorrect.
However, if we move the bed and then hit "reset", G54 updates to the new position and it will machine in the correct position.
When manually moving the bed manually the machine co-ordinates move but the G54 co-ordinates don't move. When you hit reset you can see the G54 co-ordinates update themselves.

This is very frustraing and the local Leadwell agent in Australia has been useless in trying to help.

Any help from this great community would be greatly appreciated.
