    chiron with fanuc 21Mb - problem with the part counter and time counter

    I have the mashine "chiron" with control "fanuc 21Mb". On the mashine the time counter and part counter dont Works. In "Operators manual" have I see, for part counting is the parameter #3901#. I have tray in MDA time counter write: "#500=#3901", but then show me the error massage: "115 invalid wariable nummer"!?

    #3901 is indeed the variable for number of machined parts.
    I would presume that your machine has at least a few 500 variables, but I don't know the Chiron standard options.
    Try #100=#3901 in MDI and see if you get the same alarm.
