    FBM Tooling

    Hi all.

    Am having a problem with Mastercam X6 during FBM Operations. The problem is that when it starts picking the tools it goes to a tool list in the common files that is in Excel format. This is causing a window to pop up telling me that it is unable to read the excel format. Have looked through control and machine Def's. and found nothing that addresses this.
    Can't figure why Mastercam would include tool lists it couldn't access so am reasonably sure something I have missed.

    Any help at all would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

    Go to Machine Group > Properties > Files> Tool Library, here is where you direct the FBM to pick tools from. I have made my own seperate library for FBM operations.Click image for larger version.  Name: TOOL SETTINGS.PNG  Views: 1  Size: 60.0 KB  ID: 240858
