    Amada 2415 Pulsar Fanuc 16L glass tube inspection

    Hello,
    Has anyone ever tried to remove the glass tubes and inspect/replace the o-rings ? I'm getting a 4063 alarm when trying to bring the laser up and I'm suspecting an internal leak.

    Found 2 cracked tubes so i replaced them and put new o-rings of the other 2 tubes. And also replaced the trigger o-rings. Did an internal leak check and it was great, no leak. From contaminants getting into the system I'm getting a mirror cleaning alarm but I made some cut condition changes till I can get an internal cleaning/alignment done.
