If you have it set to zero at the top of the material, it should cut to 9mm depth. Outta my comfort zone with mm's, but what happens when it starts cutting? Does it rise up and do the toolpath? If so, then your axis is reversed.

I sure Z axis has not reversed. I set the diameter of circle is 125MM and 9mm deep but it mill the little 5mm hole and 5mm deep.

Have you read the photo of setting, anything wrong? THX!

I looked at the images. I don't see anything jumping out. I think there should be another screen that tells you the overall size the machine will be cutting. That one is missing. Have you calibrated the machine?

your gcode is in inches, is your controller in metric?
either put a g20 at the beginning of your file, or pick a metric postprocessor.

well your picking an inch postprocessor when you output to gcode, you needs to choose mm's

    - - - Updated - - -

and it's weird that it doesnt add g20 or g21 so the controller knows what units it is dealing with. maybe that is a known vcarve problem.

Re: I don't know what is wrong of this setting

when you save the toolpath, it should give you an option to pick a post-processor.
This is different than the material setup or whatever that you set your units with.
It is clear is is outputting in inches if you look at your tap file.

    Code:
    T1M6
    G17
    G0Z0.7874
    G0X0.0000Y0.0000S12000M3
    G0X-0.2727Y-2.3712Z0.1575
    G1Z-0.3543F47.2
Your controller is assuming the gcode is in mm, so it is only plunging to 0.3543 mm.
0.3543 inches = 9mm which is your set cut depth.

What post are you using? That doesn't look like typical code from V Carve Pro??

You can read a tap file or Gcode file with notepad or any text editor.
