The fault should be caused by following factors:
1. Laser head loose
2. Material unstable
3. Machine unstable
4. X-axis belt loose
5. Machinery installation imprecise, mainly because of the belt and gears mismatch,
6. Imprecise movement algorithm of the laser controller

Here are the solutions for above the fault:

1. Laser head loose
Fix the laser head and check again by shaking the head.

2. Material unstable
Steady the material with heavy item or magnet, make sure the material
be not able to move while working,
and it’s especially important for fast engraving.

3. Machine unstable
Securing the machine feet and check again by pushing the machine

4. X-axis belt loose
Set the Engrave Mode to X One-way Beam and test, (let’s say test 1)
set the Engrave Mode to X Two-way Beam and test, (let’s say test 2)
if test 1 hasn’t the fault of edge out-of-straight, but test 2 has,
then the fault should be caused by X-axis loose, please fix X-axis belt.

5. Machinery installation imprecise,
This factor mainly exist in belt and gears mismatch,
Then you should readjust the machinery installation

6. Imprecise movement algorithm of the laser controller
If there’s Engraving Backlash setting for your software, just import the correct parameters .
For Thunder laser system, please import the dislocation numeric and engrave speed,
our system will revise the backlash automatically.
