    Hello Tebis user

    Is anyone using “re-work corners”?

What do I have to consider?

I currently have a component part with pretty deep and small radii...

Please no reference to the manual or the Tebis hotline ;-)

    Kind regards Matz

There is not a lot to consider..
RCorn is only for reworking one corner. Related to Rfill because only ball cutter work- as the tool and as the forerunner.

You can clear the corners in several steps by dividing the maximum depth into several cutting depths.
    e.g. max depth = 2mm cutting depth=0.6 means 3 steps a 0.6mm and one with 0.2mm.

You can decide in the CNF when processing fillets if you want to do the step with 0,2mm first or at the end ( more practical)

    Regards
