    Good evening

    I have the following problem:
When I try to program a tool with an offset of -6,20 mm on a SF20 R5, then Tebis always gives the following message: ’ Offset component part surface invalid’

Even if I give attributes to the surfaces, the same message comes up.
    When I build a SF20 R6,3 or take a SF32 R8, then the whole programming works.

    Can anybody help me out?

    Many thanks in advance

    Regards

It is not possible to program bigger than a miller corner radius with a negative offset !!

Unfortunately, I don’t know a trick to bypass this situation, apart from creating Offset surfaces and mill them with an grinding allowance of 0.
