    Hello

    When I calculate a dxf drawing in inventorcam, then that takes absolutely ages.
    Also with the geometry selection automatic auto-constant-Z, the calculation takes extremely long.
    Why and how can I change that?

    Autodesk Inventor 2012
    Inventorcam 2011

    Hello
    Sometimes it can happen because overlaying elements exists in the DXF file or they are not closed.
    In order that the Auto constant Z is able to identify the elements clearly, the DXF file should be cleared up.
