    Hello everybody

When I write an edge rounding into a parameter, then the Dialog 11 always complains.
    Why?

    A small example:
    N10 G17 TT1 M66; M3
    N20 G48; G49
    N30 P1 = 5
    N40 G0 X-10 Y-10 Z50; M8
    N50 G0 Z2
    N60 G1 Z-10
    N70 G41 G45 R5 X0 Y0 G1 G60 M62
    N80 G1 Y50 UR P1
    N90 G1 X100
    N100 G40 G45 R5

When I confirm the N80 sentence then an error message comes up.

What can I do so that the error doesn’t occur?

    Many thanks in advance

    Hello ricoh77,
When pressing enter, the contour calculator creates fixed G1/G2 and G3 command. So it needs constant values.
As an alternative you can use modal edge rounding, if I remember correctly. However I forgot the particular G command. It should also work with parameters.

As far as I know you can call the modal edge rounding with G7.

Simply add a command with G7 R.. between the sets that you want to round.

I know the command from Deckel Contour 2/ Dialog 4 so I don’t know if it still exists in Dialog 11.
