Have the following problem:

I'm working on a Mori Seiki NT4250 and have a rod job. That one I would like to e.g. with 30 pieces always retighten and repeat after the cutting off.

When I run the program from beginning to the end, it works flawlessly.

When I press the button "Repeat cycle" let the program run again from the beginning to the end, then it returns back to the start after pressing M30 (program end) and starts reading again... however then I get the following error message:

"SPS Alert: Abnormal spindle speed (R1619.6)"

So when repeating the cycle, it does not work. In the single run, it works.
Can someone please give an explanation or solution to it.

have you got a M5 in front of the M30? The M5 works wonder sometimes...
