    Dear colleagues

I have the following problem with my controller (FIDIA M20) when approaching the basic rotation over two circles:
"ICY000 ERROR: Radius max lower than Radius min."

Does anybody has had that problem before and knows what to do?
I can’t select the error message and press F1 as "ICY000" can not be found.

    Thank you

    Hello
Check path C:FidiaWScca.dat.; in the CCA.dat you will find the minimum information.
    For example:
    5 Origin
    10mm C1x
    10mm C1y
    100mm C2x
    100mm C2y
    3000mm Maximum Radius
    10mm Minimum Radius
4 Number of points for the circle
    20.mm Maximum error for circles

Maybe you need to make some changes there, nothing bad can happen1
You can also post your own values then we can have a look at them...

    Hello
Thank you for your answer but unfortunately that wasn’t the problem.

    Hello
I just thought about something else... have a look in the service under MAINT PROBE if the radius is entered there. If not then that means, that the sensing device is not calibrated. Then the error message is wring again...
->Carry out Cycle PROBE SETUP (calibrate device). And try again afterwards.
You should calibrate every 4 weeks with a Fidia anyway...

    Good luck!
