Hello guys
I have a question about Hurco’s simultaneous machining. According to Hurco the pivoting should be given out directly like the following:
The information comes directly from Hurco. If IJK is not used, then it could potentially come to collisions.
G68.2 X0 Y0 Z0 I1. J0 K0 U0 V1. W0
IJK = Vector new X-axis
UVW = Vector new Y-axis
However with simultaneous machining, the manual recommends the following:
X-15.211 Y6.75 Z-10.954 I-.721575 J.63735 K.270397
My questions:
1. What is I,J,K with the simultaneous machining ? Is that a surface normal? The UVW is missing here - against the positioning instruction.
2. Do you also emit the coordinated after the processing?
3. Have you got an alternative example?
