    Hello

I have to push a 6P9 Nut, 20mm flute lengths into a D25mm drill hole.
I am not sure how to program it! The tappets should take 0,05mm per stroke, drive in with 15000mm/min feed and drive out in rapid traverse.

When driving out, the tappets should lift out of the grove in X so that it doesn’t get stump.
The grove is 3,5mm deep (x direction) that means when I take 0,05mm per stroke then I have to make 70 strokes to reach the desired depth.

Can anybody explain me how to program that with a Mazatrol?

Really appreciate any kind of help!

    Kind regards
    Thomas

    hello

You have to program it with convent. If you have to do it more often I would use an iso with macro variables.

    Kind regards

@MillDrill: Mazatrol doesn’t work at all.

We often broach slots in different widths and depths with the holder from Horn. So I have in ISO a subprogram which is called in Mazatrol. Also the data is changed over variables.
If you don’t know to continue just give me a shout.
