    Hello

We have a new Haas milling machine. I tried to import a CAM-program via memory stick to the controller. I stupidly failed to give a short name to the file. As I pressed F2, the controller shuted down. Now it happens always when i press the key “PROG LIST”. Does anyone have a sugestion?

    Regards

    Does anyone have an idea?
    Hasn’t anyone had the problem?

    Hello
The machine works again. The serviceman repaired it. But all of us in the company think that something like that must not happen again. I hope we’ll get it under control.
Unfortunately I can’t say in what way the machine was made fit again.

    Hello
He deleted the program memory completely.
    We’ve also had the problem.
It’s only one of many mistakes that Haas won’t ever correct.

    Regards

With most of errors you just have to restart the machine

    Hello Maddy

    Believe me, i tried that..
I even removed the memory stick – that didn’t help.

    Thommes01 is right.
The memory was completely deleted. But I don’t know how. It was made too fast.

    Regards

What do you mean with “shuted down”? Black monitor? Automatic reset or just hang-up? Which memory was deleted? The whole machine memory with parameters etc.? Which software do you have? What diagnosis was made?
