In Maho MH 1000s Z 432v 600 a working cycle stands still when a tool is changed. And on the display the message E109 is shown.
Do you know why this error occurs and how I can remove it?

    Thanks in advance

    Hello

I believe a limit switch is out of order.
You should look up in the manual what the error means.

    Hello misiug

E109 means that 90° limit switch wasn’t reached.
It’s located on the round track midway of the tool changers.
Now it depends on if tool changer moves or not. If it doesn’t, then the 90° switch can’t give a signal to the controller.

    Nice weekend!
