    Hello

My machine continuously displays error I62 (gear steps not in defined position) and stops /turns off randomly. I think it has something to do with the control voltage.
impurity message:37- control voltage is missing

    - Security ok
    - -changed oil
    - Error comes up in manual and automatic mode
    - Sometimes machine runs without problems for 10min and then it stops.
    - When I start a program, then the machine crashes already after the entering of the gear steps.

Then error I62 is displayed main motor makes noises. When I delete with “clear” then it’s quiet.

Can anybody tell me where I need to start searching?

    Many thanks in advance

    Hello
Error 37 is the follow-up error of error I62.
You should unscrew the lateral top of the spindle stock and check the position of the switch cams.
Are all the switches on the cams? Or maybe one switch is only half on them...
If all switches are correctly operated then you probably have a cable break in the cable of the speed control.

Thank you for your help. So far I thought the follow-up error is the other way around.
I would say the cams are all correctly. Where can I search for a potential cable break?
    Thank you!

    Hello
What controller do you have exactly? 432-10 or -9 ?
Do you know where you can see the I/O Status?
What gearbox have you got? 2 or 18 steps?

    Regards Mtronik

    Hello

I just had a look at the You already have the circuit diagram of a MH300C. The warning device is really coupled to the 24Vsupply with error 37.
Have you got a measuring device? Then you should measure the voltage between the clamps 301 and 303. It should be at least 26V.

    Hello

    I have the 9...
I just read a little bit and know I know how to view the I/O status.
    How should I proceed?

    Thank you
    Regards TM

    So between 301 and 303 are 22,4V and between 304 and 305 28,4V

    So between 301 and 303 are 22,4V and between 304 and 305 28,4V
Then we found the error already:
The three-phase bridge rectifier 5V1 is defect.
Hence the “wrong error” I62, the power supply for the end switch breaks down and therefore error I62.
Have you got such a rectifier?
