    Hello,

How can I add an existing program afterwards in BLK form?

    Greetings Big Jim

    Hello,
If you want to add it directly into the machine, you have to do like this:

    BLK FORM 0.1 Z X-060.000 Y-055.000 Z-064.082
    BLK FORM 0.2 X+060.000 Y+030.000 Z+000.000

In the first input phrase the small X,Y and Z coordinates, in the second phrase the big ones.

From a CAD program it works best with for example a postprocessor instruction, at the beginning of the program.

    For example:
    INSERT BLK FORM 0.1 Z X-060.000 Y-055.000 Z-064.082
    INSERT BLK FORM 0.2 X+060.000 Y+030.000 Z+000.000

    Best regards
    Peter

PGM store/edit -> call PGM (if it’s not already in the memory) -> over the soft keys to BLKFORM (or something similar) -> add values, finish !

    Hello,

To add a BLK Form afterwards , you need to use the special functions of the controller. You find it with the 530 when you click Sk on the left side and then scroll.
    Its actually quite easy.
