    Hello guys
I have milled a rectangle pocket that is 54mm long and 30mm wide with the cycle 251, the machining perimeter was zero.
Insofar everything was top. I have left an allowance of 0,5mm so first roughing, then finishing, then measuring and finally adjust the measures.
Afterwards I copied the cycle into a different program and only changed the measurements of the length to 470mm and width to 20mm and the feed as well as the revolution because I first had a 8mm milling machine and after a 12mm one.
Then there was the problem: I measure the flute and the width was not 20mm- it was 20,4.
How can that be? Radius was 6mm because of the new milling machine. I have copied everything because it worked so well beforehand.
Maybe somebody has an explanation ( control system itnc 530)
    Many thanks in advance

Radius correction correct with both programs???
Have you eliminated the allowance in the cycle of the first processing. I mean the allowance in the first axis??

Radius correction was eliminated, but the allowance was there from the beginning. I first wanted to rough and afterwards finish with the same machine. That’s why I used machining perimeter 0.

    @ Stroker
There could be a fixed defined DR-0.2 in the tool table ( row DR in the TOOL.T)
If nothing is visible in the program and the tool was correctly measured.
It doesn’t seem likely that the error was in the copying...
