    Thank you for entering in my post


    I will be very appreciative if you may have a look at this program I made


    I did invent myself this program with this drawing: (see attachments)


    I didn't want to use the latest cycles that iTNC530 offer as I am quite sure I will not have this version but some older-ones in the company where I will have my job trial


    so that's why I did invent that way to make the 15 holes in the center and I used polar coordinates to make those 12 m6 holes on that circumference


    I ask you to pay particular attention on the parameters I used to make that rectangular pocket about:

    allowance for side

    allowance for floor

    tool path overlap

    plunging depth


    At the end I did put a countersink to clean all the bevels that the mill leaves


    Any other suggestion according it will be very appreciative
