    Hello everybody!

I need a tip. We want to mill a trapezoidal thread Tr67x40 P20 at Dmu 50 eVolution.

I have a milling cutter from Horn. I have lead angle of ~1o.75degrees. I wanted to putt he detail in the middle of the table, set the B-axis at the lead angle and move in the Y-axis. Turn C-axis and cover in Z. The thread has to be 60mm deep. I’m not fit with G7.

What should I pay attention to?

    Regards, Reiko
