    Hello
It’s is possible to set up the programming station like it is on a machine?
I mean the whole kinematics and the soft keys.

I have the backup of the machine.
Unfortunately the machine manufacturer don’t like to give it out as it is on the training courses

    Kind regards

I have the backup of the machine.
Is the backup only from the TNC folder or of the PLC?
In the PLC you can find a folder which is called kinematics or a similar name...
You have to play it in with the TNC Remo in the demo version.

Also adjust the OEM.SYS in the row KINEMATICS according to the backup.

    Hello dodo3
What’s included in your backup? As cgTNC already wrote, you need more than just a back up of the system files. An update of the complete PLC would be optimal

However an interesting topic, what about we create a little tutorial to adjust the programming station.

Let’s see where we reach out limits

Let’s make a check list of the points that need to be considered when adjusting the work station.

    We will need:

    1. Adjust depending on the software version (identical software version on PC and on machine)
    2. original PLC update of the source- machine
    3. please add

    What needs to be modified:
    1. Kinematics
    2. M-commands ( possible manufacture specific)
    3. MP adjustments and user parameters
    4. user macros
    5. please add

    That sounds very good already.
The backup is 175MB and it can be opened with TNCremo.
    In there are 2064 files.

    Kind regards Dodo3
