Thread: can't unload PLC

    The PLC can’t be started on my Emco with Sinumerik 810D + Shopmil due to timeout. ( no sign of life)
    Error numbers 2001 and 10100
    Can anybody help me out?

    I have checked all safety devices and open cable connections in the switch cabinet.

    What else can I try to eliminate the error?

    Your PLC crashed. Defect basic system. That’s why it can’t be loaded and the error 2001 comes up which says that the time limit to load the PLC is exceeded.

    Remedy: contact manufacturer or Siemens

    But:
    That’s so rubbish. I thought it might be the reason.
    How can that happen?

    It’s probably quite expensive.
