    Hello

    Could anybody explain the difference between the both measuring systems mentioned in the topic head?

    The 840D can work with the both systems. The system 1 is normally the motor measuring system, the measuring system 2 is the glass scale. So if the glass scale fails, at a pinch, it’s possible to go on working with the motor measuring system.
