I am using my crystal ball once again...
I guess a turning machine with Sinumerik.
It seems that the tensioning mean is displayed; therefore it could maybe be a 840D or 810D with Shopturn. I can’t see if PowerLine or SolutionLine.
In the program head of any Shopturn programs, the raw part is defined.
Because the rest of the simulation is correctly displays, I guess that the processing lengths are not entered correctly like the display requires it.
You should find out what you need to enter in ZI and ZB by using the Help pictures that you get after pressing the ‘HELP’ button.
@hapo
It goes in the ‘Plus’ direction if I read it correctly and there is also the duck in Shopturn... that doesn’t work... then my machine always complains about the processing direction!
The Help button won’t help you out, maybe a raw part contour will put things right, it bypasses the entering of the head.... but it doesn’t matter anyway where the tensioning mean is displayed in the simulation as long as the processing is correct, isn’t it?
