I have downloaded standard parts from a Canadian website.
Parts of it are drawn in Inch, so I have no metric value also when I measure it.
How can convert such parts into MM in ACad2011?

Scale it and change the units- try it with the command ‘unit’ if I remember correctly- it was a while ago.
