    Hello dear CNC community
Is there a possibility to create a tool list in an opened program in UltraEdit?
So that it somehow eliminates all (T-numbers) T1 und T2 and so on... and created it in a new program with the program head
Does anybody know how it works?

    Now to my second question:
Is it possible to re-number all blocks in UltraEdit from the program start to finish?

Hope someone can help me out...
    Please

    Hello
To stop the moaning biggrin.gif for a while I just say that Ultra Edit is a very good editor that can be extended dramatically with macros- but it is no CNC editor.

To fulfil all your 1000 wishes, you might be better off looking for a different editor. Nowadays, pretty much all free CNC editors can renumber. Reading out tool, i don’t know, what is that good for?

Reading in tool data banks into a program would be more useful. The NC pilot can carry that out for you.
