Hello everybody I am looking for a small, cheap CNC machine that allows me to turn cylindrical pins. However they are not only cylindrical and flat- they also have a centering device in the middle. So it’s not so easy.
Yearly demand around 2000-3000 Pins
Diameter between Ø1-3 s6-h6
Length from 6-30mm
Material 1.4305 / 1.4404 / Teflon
Unfortunately, we can’t produce 200 pieces of one size due to our small flexible orders. We have around 25 different sizes that can’t be used with every single assembly group.
What are the possibilities or are there different alternatives?
