    Hello guys
I am currently stuck.. I don’t know what machine to use for my manufacture of component parts- I have different lot sizes from single parts to 100 and sometimes 500 pieces.

I thought about a CNC turning machine with powered tool 12 fold revolver and a turning length until 1500mm. However such a machine costs quite a lot..a second hand machine might be an alternative but it should also turn accurately.
Plus were could I get a good second hand machine from?

What about the cycle-controlled machines? They also exist with a revolver. How exactly do they work. What brand is reasonable?

Has anybody got experiences with both types. Who could give me some advice?
    Thank you in advance
    Kind regards

    Hello
We have both in use. However the cycle machine only for small number of pieces because it’s quick and flexible.
If you have large number of pieces, a cycle machine is not suitable because the equipment is not designed for it...
We use a Pinacho with Fagor controller.

    Kind regards
